About the wine
The grapes come from different areas around Costigliole d'Asti. Open on the nose, with aromas of sour cherries, wild strawberries, plums and a little lavender mixed with herbs. Full on the palate, nice texture, fine tannins, with a fruity, long finish. It goes very well with veal cheeks.
