Tasting note
Strong ruby red. The aroma is intense and seductive of cherry, plum and red wild berries. The taste is fresh and aromatic, well-structured and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, pasta, antipasti
Vinification
Fermentation is followed by 10-12 days of maceration and 9 months of aging in steel tanks. After bottling, the wine is aged in the bottle for a further 4 months.
