The winemaker from the Italian winery Enzo Bartoli is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing countryside of Piedmont. Tasting note
Deep ruby red robe with purple reflections. In the nose, an interplay of aromas — typical of the Barbera grape — of violets and juicy cherries, complemented by spicy and balsamic nuances, unfolds. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, with a lasting, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with Piedmontese cuisine — such as agnolotti, grilled meat, spicy pot roast or aged cheese.
Vinification
At least 14 months in oak barrels.
