Tasting note
Deep ruby red, intense bouquet reminiscent of blackberries and plums, distinct bitter almond notes with some woody and spicy notes, in the mouth full, juicy and balanced, with pleasant acidity and polished tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal accompaniment to hearty vegetable and meat dishes (roast, lamb, game) as well as spicy cheeses.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation over 10 days in stainless steel tanks and 18 months aging in barriques, made from 50% new oak wood.
