About the wine
Sunny and picturesque landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Demarie conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. If we can offer something special for Easter 2020, it's this snappy Nebbiolo 2017 — Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Nebbiolo with pizza or prosciutto.

Tasting note
Bright ruby red; intense fruity scents, plum and blackberry with a spicy note; on the palate dry, freshly scented, very persistent with hints of plum, blackberry and cherry.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, grilled red meats and cheese.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation for at least four months in large oak barrels.
