Tasting note
“Senza Segreti” - without secrets, is what Massimo and his family call this Barbera, because the goal was an honest, unfussy wine. A wine pressed with minimal intervention in the cellar and without the addition of sulphur. The result speaks for itself, a fresh, juicy Barbera with lots of berry fruit, delicate nutty spices and great drinking pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with ham and salami specialities (not only from Italy), with various risotti and pasta dishes, such as lasagna or tortellini, but also with grilled or oven-baked sausages and rabbits.
