Tasting note
This Barbera is full of cherry fruit, followed by strawberries and raspberries, plus plums, pepper and subtle leather. Juicy on the palate with lots of freshness and balanced, ripe tannins. The aftertaste is persistent with lots of red fruit and subtle spicy notes.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the approximately seven-day fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks with daily manual pumping. The wine is then aged in concrete for several months.
