About the wine
Ca' del Baio is an old family business owned by the Grasso family. It is now run by Giulio and Luciana and their three daughters Valentina, Paola and Federico. The total of 28 hectares of vineyards are located in the municipalities of Treiso and Barbaresco.

Tasting note
Ruby red robe with purple reflections. Winey and intensely fruity on the nose with notes of currants and raspberries. On the palate, a fresh start, rich and velvety with a lovely liveliness, before ending in a persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Piedmontese cuisine, sausages, braised meats and medium-aged, fat cheese.
