Tasting note
Ruby red color. On the nose, the Barbera d'Alba Fides shows notes of juicy dark berries, sweet cherries and cassis with a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, Fides is smooth and expressive with aromas of dark fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes such as braised beef, lamb chops or game ragout. The wine also reveals its full elegance and depth with aged pecorino or a rich pasta with salsiccia.
