About the wine
The bouquet is balanced with notes of red fruits such as cherry and plum. On the palate, it is fresh with mineral notes and pleasant berry notes. The wine is of medium volume and impresses with its long finish.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes with meat and tomato sauces, pizza, spicy risotto.
Vinification
Maceration on skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 6-8 days. The grapes are then pressed and the alcoholic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks for several months and is bottled the following summer after harvesting without fining or filtration.
