About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Corino masters this red wine in the blooming and sunny countryside of Piedmont. With the biting red wine 2015 — Barbera d'Alba DOC, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Tasting note
Renato Corino s Barbera is a sample of a deliciously tasty representative of this grape variety. Vinified in steel tanks, aged for 4 months in 2-3 year old barriques. The result is an extremely fruity-fresh wine, velvety in the substance, with good persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for antipasti, pasta and Piedmont dishes.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation takes 7 days and takes place in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is aged in used barriques (second and third vintages) for 4 months.
