With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Cordero di Montezemolo masters this red wine in the sunny and fertile countryside of Piedmont. Tasting note
Youthful ruby red with purple reflections. Aroma of ripe berries, violets, spices and chocolate. The fruit is also beautifully distinctive on the palate, very nicely rounded off by aging in wooden barrels, which makes in noble, rich, gives extra spice and grinds the tannin.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine meat dishes, ideal with veal cutlets, juicy roast beef or pink deer
Vinification
Aging in various French and Slavonian oak barrels, 7-8 months
