Tasting note
Intense ruby red, beautiful fruit, with scent of violets and maraschino cherries. Fresh and balanced with pleasant acidity, long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Do you go well with various meats, such as roast duck or lamb. The same goes with grilled vegetables and cold cuts.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation with daily battonage. Aging in stainless steel tanks and in used wooden barrels for eight to ten months, followed by two months of bottle aging.
