About the wine
Chiara Boschis' Barolo comes from the renowned Cannubi location in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba. The dainty entrepreneur studied economics before taking over the farm of traditional winemaker and winemaker Pira, who proudly noted “Stamped with feet” on his labels. Chiara Boschi has made a U-turn in vinification; her cannubi is characterized by elegance, full fruit and fineness and is an accessible, radiant treat even at a young age. The Barolo from the Via Nuovo location directly above the pretty winery is also large and is one of the best wines in the region.

Tasting note
An intense red wine with wonderful aromas, which are already visible in the nose. Its open, complex aroma spectrum ranges from lots of ripe fruit notes such as red berries, floral notes to fresh wood and roasted aromas. On the palate, it is full-bodied and juicy with grippy tannins, lots of melting and an animating finish.
