About the wine
Mommiano is the name of the vineyard in the municipality of Canale in the Roero area.
Tasting note
Ruby red with purple core, notes of ripe cherries and red fruits. On the palate, full-bodied, red fruits again and shows brilliant acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese, salami and pasta.
Vinification
Maceration 7-10 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in steel tanks and cement.
