About the wine
The Rivetto family winery was founded in 1902 by Giovanni Rivetto and is now managed by Enrico Rivetto, now in the fourth generation. The winery is located between the municipalities of Serralunga d'Alba and Sinio, right in the heart of the Barolo area. Under the motto, unique wines from a unique region, the Rivetto family has been producing free from synthetic chemicals and aggressive fertilisers for decades. The philosophy that wine gains quality in the vineyard and not in the cellar fully applies to Rivetto.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red Intense fruit on the nose. Aromas of raspberries and ripe fruits. Very velvety and soft on the palate. Long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, wild fowl, pasta, risotto and hard cheese.
