Tasting note
Pure Barbera from the Roero area. Intense bouquet of plums, blackberries and sour cherries. Inviting on the palate, fresh, with pleasant acidity and notes of wild berries and vanilla.

It goes well with Piedmontese pasta dishes such as tajarin or agnolotti al plin with meat sauce, roast meat and medium-aged cheese.
