Tasting note
Dark ruby red color. The bouquet has a good intensity. Notes of dark berries and delicate aromas are in the foreground. On the palate, with good fullness so that it is not too lush, the appropriate tannin and well-integrated acidity ensure. A robust wine, persistent in the aftertaste and aftertaste.
Vinification
As for Avvoltore, the grapes for Barbaspinosa come from Tenuta Poggetti in Massa Marittima. The temperature-controlled mash fermentation takes 18 days. The wine is then aged in 2-person barriques for one year.
