Tasting note
The Barbaresco of Fratelli Minuto comes from the four vineyards Basarin, Bric Balin, Cotta and Cole, all of which are excellent locations with very old vines. The grapes for this Barbaresco are harvested from the younger vines, which therefore appears decidedly fruity, yet is very precisely defined in the style of the Azienda Moccagatta, is fruity with notes reminiscent of plum compote and some wild berries. The tannins are well woven into a juicy melt.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Barbaresco DOCG passt bestens zu Rindfleisch, Burrata und Trüffelrisotto. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2026.
