About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Bruno Rocca has absolutely mastered his craft. Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The Nebbiolo grapes for the Barbaresco DOCG come from top locations in Barbaresco and Neive, where they grow on sandy and chalk soils. After controlled fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged for 12-18 months in French barriques before maturing for a further months in the bottle
