Tasting note
Bright garnet red. Complex nose with scents of dried roses, wild berries, fine spices and delicate wood nuances. Elegant on the palate, with a fine tannin structure, fresh acidity and a long, silky finish. Expressive Barbaresco with finesse and storage potential

Vinification
Long mash fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging for at least 18 months in large wooden barrels. The wine thus develops complexity and velvety structure.
