About the wine

Tasting note
A wine that is powerful and yet with a certain playful delicacy. Flavours of plums and blackcurrants. Supplemented by subtle peppermint. Fresh finish with expansive tannin structure.

Vinification
Whole berry fermentation with maceration in wood for approx. 12 days, aging: 12 months in large wooden barrels (25 hl) then 12 months in clay barrels.
