With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Mura Mura masters this red wine in the sunny and picturesque countryside of Piedmont. Tasting note
Very elegant, rich and concentrated on the nose, with fruity and spicy notes of cassis, blackberries and pepper. Warm and soft on the palate, with good acidity and dense, high-quality tannins. Long finish.

Vinification
Whole berry fermentation with maceration in wood for approx. 12 days, aging: 12 months in large wooden barrels (25 hl) then 12 months in clay barrels.
