Tasting note
Brilliant garnet red. On the nose, complex aromas of red fruits, roses, tobacco and spices, underlined with an elegant note of oak. Powerful yet velvety on the palate, with well-integrated tannins, lively acidity and a long, spicy finish.

Goes well with game, beef, truffles, aged cheese
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation, aging in barriques and large oak barrels for around 24 months.
