Das Bouquet des Barbaresco DOCG Faset von Anis kokettiert geschickt mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Danach überzeugen feine Nuancen von Rosen und Kirsche resolut und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Kräftiger Körper und hervorstechende Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher markant mit dominanten Gerbstoffen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Vinification
Whole berry fermentation with maceration in wood for approx. 12 days, aging: 12 months in large wooden barrels (25hl) then 12 months in clay barrels. A further 6 months of bottle aging. Production of 4,882 bottles JG 2018
