About the wine

With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Valter Musso masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming countryside of Piedmont. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Nebbiolo with truffle risotto or pizza.

Tasting note
Not concentrated purple, but a bright garnet red of medium density, this is how the Pora presents itself in the glass. On the nose, too, the wine is extremely typical of the variety. The complex bouquet has clear notes of violet and licorice and is perfect without roasted aromas. Sleek on the palate, with well-integrated tannin. A real find for classical school lovers.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for truffle risotto, burrata and pizza.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation takes around 20 days. The wine is then aged in oak barrels of 50 hl for one year and in 20 hl barrels for another year.
