Christmas 2022 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this outstanding Nebbiolo 2019 — Barbaresco Autinbej DOCG! Blooming and sunny landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cà del Baio di Giulio Grasso conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Nebbiolo with truffle risotto or burrata.

Tasting note
Deep garnet robe with pink accents. Intense fruity bouquet with notes of raspberries, jam and violets accompanied by sweet spicy notes and a touch of cocoa. Warm and long-lasting on the palate with light tannins and renewed fruit notes in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat as well as grilled or fried duck or pork, often served with sweet, sour or spicy sauces.
Vinification
24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, then at least 4 months in bottle.
