The winemaker from the Bodegas Senorio Barahonda winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. This distinctive Monastrell 2015 — Barahonda Summum crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Monastrell with spare ribs or lamb.

Tasting note
The wine has a strong character with a wonderful Monastrell aroma. The taste is very smooth, with a structured, inviting and persistent finish, which characterizes a good wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all types of red meat, potato, rice and stews.
Vinification
After the Monastrell grape has been harvested by hand, the wine ages for 15 months in 90% American oak barrel and 10% French oak barrel.
