Tasting note
Impenetrable purple On the nose, aromas of black cherries and blackberries, black pepper, graphite and dried meat. Wonderfully juicy on the palate, with ripe black fruits and lots of warm spices. A first-class organic wine, and a great accompaniment to food!

Goes well with paella, legumes, light foods
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged in French wood for 6 months.
