Tasting note
Clear and intense yellow color with bright green hues. On the nose, tropical fruits and a hint of citrus. On the palate, intense aromas of freshness and elegance and a long finish, where the characteristic green fruits typical of the Verdejo grape variety are clearly present.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes in general.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and aged in steel tanks. So that they retain the freshness that characterizes this wine.
