Tasting note
Light cherry red color with ruby reflections. Intense and fascinating nose with notes of dogrose, strawberry tree, plum and raspberry. In the mouth, lightness and flavor tension, fruity aftertaste with a sour and salty touch.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Passt hervorragend zu Eintöpfen, Piemonteser Gerichten und kräftigem, dunklem Fleisch.
Vinification
Mash fermentation on the skins for six days. Fermentation and aging exclusively in steel, where malolactic fermentation takes place.
