About the wine

Tasting note
On the nose, the wine beguiles with typical Provençal notes, some cherries with lots of fruit concentration and animal notes. On the palate, lots of substance and a very fresh acidity and a long-lasting finish. A wine that has incredible storage potential, but is also a lot of fun when young.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Provençal cuisine, beef and lamb, barbecues, hearty stews and stews, ripe cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in large open wooden vats. The subsequent aging takes place in used 4500 to 5000 liter wooden barrels for 18 months.
