Tasting note
On the nose, the wine has distinctive mussel minerality, lemon, citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate, it is rich and creamy, chalky and full of unique notes of seaweed and vygie fynbos from the west coast, which are so characteristic of the Atlantic coast of South Africa. Furthermore, this wine has an extremely pleasant balance with a complex, dry finish and persistent freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads or light goat cheese specialties. Also ideal with sushi and Asian dishes.
