About the wine
The aim of Michelini i Mufatto is to bottle the wines as unadulterated as possible and with lots of freshness, elegance and terroir character. Compared to many red wines from Argentina, this blend is anything but a powerhouse, but an athletic tightrope walker.

Tasting note
Cool scent of ripe currants, red cherries, grilled peppers and herbs. On the palate, redberry fruit and herbal nuances, fine-grained tannins and firm acidity. Medium-long aftertaste accompanied by spicy fruit and juiciness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with red meat and pizza.

Aging for 6 months in used wooden barrels
