Tasting note
The Rosé Brut Millésimé is the poster child and business card of Balfour Winery. In an elegant copper-red glass. The nose is very clean with hints of cranberry, blackthorn and light orange-citrus notes. On the palate, we can clearly recognize red berry aromas such as cranberry and strawberry. A dry, precise English Sparkling with great storage potential!

Goes well with aperitif, Asian dishes, charcuterie, seafood and crustaceans.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed and fermented at 16°C in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine ages on the yeast for 3 years.
