Tasting note
Comes in bright, bright yellow with green reflections. On the nose, fresh aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and light floral notes develop, accompanied by a subtle herbal flavor. On the palate, the wine is lively and sparkling with a fine minerality and balanced acidity, which give it a refreshing freshness. The aftertaste is long and shows delicate nuances of sage and almond. An elegant and well-structured Vermentino that perfectly reflects the freshness and terroir of Maremma.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with seafood, grilled fish, vitello tonnato and light pasta dishes with pesto or seafood. Burrata with tomatoes, grilled vegetables and medium-aged cheeses are also perfect companions. An ideal wine for Mediterranean cuisine and summer dishes.
