Tasting note
The sweet style of Tokaj. This wine was made from Botrytis grapes from the Bomboly vineyard. Beautiful golden color Very pleasant nose with aromas of honey, raisins, figs and apples. On the palate, the wine is very complex and the high sweetness of 204 g/L harmonizes perfectly with the acidity. This makes this wine very lively and also very pleasant to drink. Extremely long aftertaste. A world-class sweet wine.
Vinification
Volcanic soils. Aged for 24 months in wooden barrels. RZ 204g/L, acidity 7.41g/L.
