Tasting note
A blend of different individual layers (Hangács/Dorgó/Betsek/Kakaks/Szent Tamás) for more complexity. Only 4800 bottles were produced. A typical Furmint, which means that it has a very good acidity, which holds the wine together. Nice body, with lots of power, lots of freshness and good balance. The Furmint from Balassa shows aromas of quince, pear and white flowers and floral notes. Nice minerality.

Unsere Empfehlung: Der Bio-Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 12°-14°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2024.
