About the wine

Tasting note
Bright ruby red, fruity, floral bouquet with distinct notes of red berries and cherries. Lively and balanced on the palate with a smooth and fresh aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
An uncomplicated meal companion. Wonderful with starters, white meats, pasta with vegetables and young cheeses.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation on the mash for 8 days at 25° C. Then aging in stainless steel tanks for 12 months and aging in the bottle for at least a further 3 months. ORGANIC
