Tasting note
Color: Clear lemon yellow with green hues. Aromatics: Fresh fruity aromas of citrus fruits, manderines, peach, white pome fruit and notes of herbs. Body: A long, soft start is followed by a present acidity and minerality as well as aromas of peach and herbs. Quality: An elegant dry white wine with subtle aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fish and poultry, rice and noodle dishes. But it's also a wonderful aperitif.
