Bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine perlage. Delicate bouquet of white flowers, fresh fruit and bread crust. Fragrant, fruity and with pleasant balsamic notes. The perlage is creamy and velvety with a long spicy finish. Elegant and well-balanced.
