Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Complex notes of currants and sour cherries preserved in alcohol. Mediterranean herbs and sweet notes of licorice and cinnamon. Extremely soft on the palate and has a spicy style. Soft tannins and integrated acidity on the finish. Very long-lasting and lots of red berry fruit on the finish. A great accompaniment to intense meat dishes, roasted vegetables and intense, aged hard cheeses.
