About the wine
You will certainly enjoy the delicious Baccarossa, which was produced in 2016. Fertile and sunny landscapes in Lazio give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Poggio le Volpi conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Rich ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, Mediterranean herbs, cocoa and cherries in alcohol. Present but soft tannins, harmonious, elegant with a very long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lasagna, grilled meats, beef
Vinification
Ageing in oak barrels of various sizes for approx. 1 year.
