About the wine
The white grape variety Grillo, which is mainly cultivated in Sicily, has been increasingly popular in bars and trendy restaurants on the southern Italian island in recent years. These fragrant and aromatic wines are true all-rounders, both as an aperitif and with a variety of starters. Cantina Cellaro produces its Grillo Bacaro in southeastern Sicily, near the wine-growing region on Lake Arancio.
