Tasting note
Youthful, dark red. Red-fruited, some floral scent and also herbaceous notes in an open and intense bouquet. Aromas of plums, cloves and a touch of tobacco. Rich and with good grip from the fairly present tannin, fresh acidity, red fruit, something is reminiscent of Sangiovese, a fine smoky-roasted finish. Beautiful, long-lasting and appetizing Majorcan.
Vinification
Mash fermentation at a controlled temperature. Ageing in one-year French barriques for 16 months!
