The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Binigrau greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Balearic Islands countryside. With the dominant Chardonnay 2017 — B Seleccio Blanc, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with goat cheese or truffles.

Tasting note
A classic-looking barrique chardonnay with beautiful buttery, toasty and floral notes in the bouquet. Soft and full on the palate, nice creaminess, very balanced and not clumsy thanks to fresh acidity. Very long-lasting with fine roasted and floral aromas. A solid yet seductive white wine from Binigrau!
