Tasting note
The word “Azisa” was the inspiration for “Zisola”, but it also means “beautiful” and thus perfectly describes the character of this white wine. Aromas of fresh lemon and white peach paired with notes of sage, wildflowers and jasmine blossoms. Nice mineral spice that is reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, with fresh aromas, herbs, quinces and slight hints of fresh mandarin. Nice drinking flow with invigorating acidity and good structure. The Azisa has a medium-strong finish with subtle mineral notes.
