Tasting note
Pale golden yellow. Complex and mineral on the nose, with citrus fruits, fennel, Mediterranean herbs and white pepper. Characterful on the palate, with exotic aromas and spicy nuances. A long, refreshing finale.
Culinary recommendation
Poultry, vegetables, aperitif
Vinification
90% of the grapes were vinified in steel tanks and 10% in French barriques. This was followed by a five-month aging on fine yeast.
