About the wine
The winemaker from the Swiss Domaine de Montmollin winery in the fertile landscape of Neuchâtel masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition. If we can offer something special for Easter 2019, it's this dominant Chasselas 2017 Auvernier AOC Auvernier. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Chasselas with an aperitif or fish.

Tasting note
Bright, silvery yellow, sparkling, aromas of elderberry and fresh fruit. Tingling on the palate with restrained citrus and apple notes. Awarded gold from the canton, by the guide Hachette and bearer of the coveted Gerle d'Or, a great success for this wonderful white wine from Auverniers. Benoit Montmollin converted the entire 50ha to biodynamic viticulture in 2016.
