About the wine
It is the result of a blend of several white grape varieties, among which Chardonnay stands out. Wine production involves a short aging in barriques, which highlights its characteristics and gives it complexity, character and longevity.

Tasting note
The Aurora Bianco del Ticino DOC's playful scent spectrum of passion fruit, peach and almond shows a complex aroma character and lots of pleasure potential. The dominant notes of lemon, lime and apple create their individual texture. Its elegant amber yellow creates a good atmosphere at the table. You won't find this color in any color catalog. Lean body and dominant acidity result in the fruity white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Aurora Bianco del Ticino DOC goes perfectly with soft cheese, goat cheese and fish with herbs. Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C.
